Our Villa Rentals

Surrounded by natural beauty Little Basin Villas offers 9 beautiful villa rentals on one property, located in the heart of Islamorada, on the cleanest and clearest channel of water. At mile marker 81.8 we are uniquely situated right in the Art District. We are in walking distance to some of the best & most popular restaurants, bars, & shopping. Our property offers boat dockage (must be reserved at booking if available), floating dock for launching kayaks & paddle boards, BBQ grill, tiki huts, & the most inviting swimming pool you could imagine! Each of our villas comes fully equipped and furnished for a stay of one (1) week or more. All our villas have an identical layout on the inside: 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, full size washer & dryer, personal front porch, and balcony. We have 3 sets of 3 villas which are our Key Lime Villas in the beginning of the property, our Conch Villas in the middle of the property, and our Bay Villas closest to the water & pool area. Our villa pricing varies due to the villas proximity to the water and its water views. Each villa was carefully thought out to accommodate all guests needs during their stay with us. In Islamorada there is a wide range of outdoor activities such as sailing, snorkeling, and diving the Coral Reefs, sunset cruises, kayaking, paddle boarding, backcountry fishing, offshore fishing, bicycle trails, nature preserves, music festivals, art walks, historical sites and museums, renowned gourmet restaurants, Full Moon Parties, nightly Sunset Celebrations, and much more.
